No Surprises Act – A Review and Impact Guide

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act requires provider data to be maintained at least quarterly with a 2-day turnaround time for data updates. These new regulations are in addition to the existing CMS regulations applicable to Medicare, Medicaid, and QHP.
